How the calculator works
- Your employer’s super: 12% of your salary, up to $270,830 a year, taxed at 15% as it goes in.
- Your extra contributions: salary sacrifice, within the $32,500 cap, also taxed at 15%.
- Growth: your balance grows at the rate you choose, less your fund’s fees, and your pay rises each year.
